MY BASKETBALL JOURNEY : PATH TO DESTINY

Earning over twenty D1 offers was the beginning of my collegiate experience. Among these offers were nine D1 Power 5 Conference schools actively recruiting me during my high school senior year:

Virginia Tech, Georgia, South Carolina, Xavier, Ole Miss, University of South Florida, Georgetown, Georgia Tech, East Tennessee, Florida Gulf-coast, Tennessee State, University of Cincinnati, Iona, Western Carolina, Georgia State, Arkansas, Ohio State, Illinois, Georgia Southern, and Louisiana Tech.

Amazingly, Basketball Hall of Famer, Patrick Ewing personally selected me and traveled to my high school to recruit me. I was honored to accept the Georgetown offer. Patrick Ewing remains one of my closest mentors today. After my freshman year and coaching staff changes, I transferred to the HBCU, Alabama State University for my sophomore season , I played only two games just before experiencing a major setback with an ACL and meniscus tear injury that ended my season and prompted a redshirt year. After surgery and extensive rehabilitation, I made full recovery and was cleared to return in August 2024. Finding my rhythm late in the 2024-25 season I emerged stronger than ever both mentally and physically.

My SWAC tournament stats included:

17 minutes, 8.7 points 6 rebounds, 47% FG, & 50% 3pt. Consequently, ASU made it’s first NCAA March Madness Tournament win.

With my Power 5 Pedigree established, winning the 2025 SWAC championship and 2025 NCAA March Madness first round Tournament win , I am ready for the next part of my college career

Breakout Season Path to Destiny Fulfilled.

EMBRACING GROWTH BEYOND THE GAME : MY JOURNEY AND MANTRA

Life is full of challenges, but one thing I’ve learned is to stay grounded—“Never too high, never too low.” My faith and this mantra have guided me, reminding me that no matter what comes my way, I can overcome. It’s about staying consistent and resilient, both on and off the court.

My personal mission is simple: to make a positive difference by empowering others, organizations, and operations to reach their highest potential. Whether I’m on the basketball court or pursuing business ventures, my focus is on creating opportunities that not only help myself but others excel. Beyond basketball, I’m passionate about being a human catalyst for change, cultivating an entrepreneurial growth mindset, and embracing servant leadership.

My interests span across business & finance, youth mentoring, fashion, music, fitness & health, ministry, and lifelong learning. Each of these passions plays a role in shaping who I am, and together, they represent my vision for enriching communities and empowering future leaders. I firmly believe in the power of resilience, excellence, and the importance of lifting others up along the way.

Though basketball is a major vehicle in my life, it’s just one part of the bigger picture. My journey isn’t simple or one-dimensional—it’s about using my platform to create lasting change, empowering student-athletes, and building something far beyond the game itself.

I’m committed to personal growth and constantly striving to push boundaries. Through this journey, I aim to inspire others to chase their dreams, stay resilient, and never forget the power of lifting others as they rise.
